Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their reservation in writing by contacting Sealevel 9 at stay@sealevel9.com:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged
- For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the full reservation amount is due
- No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided for unused nights
